How we work
Twelve private sessions, shaped around you
Over three months we meet weekly for twelve private two-hour sessions, guided by the SoulEsteem® methodology and the Logic–Light Equation™, with WhatsApp support in between. There's no fixed programme. The journey adapts to what is actually unfolding, helping you steady the transition, release patterns that no longer fit, and turn insight into grounded, lived choices.
Included: 12 private 1:1 sessions (24 hours together) · WhatsApp support between sessions · a pathway customised to your circumstances and emerging direction.
Limited to four clients per quarter, because meaningful personal work needs space.
