By stepping into this space, you agree to honour the following:

• Offerings — Coaching sessions, Playshops, and digital downloads are created with care for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or resold.
• Sessions — Reschedules are welcome with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are considered completed and non-refundable.
• Playshops — Corporate or in-person experiences are arranged directly by email. Deposits, cancellations, and reschedules are agreed on in writing.
• Digital downloads — Once delivered, these are non-refundable.
• Responsibility — Coaching is not medical, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your choices and wellbeing.
• Respectful use — All content belongs to WellnezWayz.

Additional Services We Use

• PayFast — all payments are processed securely via PayFast. Their Terms of Service and Refund conditions apply and are available directly from PayFast on request.
• Apntly — used for booking and scheduling appointments. By booking, you agree to the conditions presented at checkout.
• Annique.com (via my referral link) — external RooibosWellnez purchases are subject to Annique’s own policies.
