3. 💳 Orders & Payments

 

By placing an order, you affirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Orders are confirmed once payment is processed successfully.

 

 

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)

 

WellnezWayz does not directly fulfill or ship physical products.

For any Rooibos-based product purchases, you’ll be redirected to our official Annique consultant portal, where all fulfillment, delivery, and shipping queries are handled directly by Annique.

5. 🔁 Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on eBooks, downloadable guides, music, or digital toolkits once delivered.

 

➤ Services & Playshops

 

We honour your time and ours.

 

  • Individual coaching sessions: Full refund if cancelled 48 hours or more in advance.

  • Group playshops/events: Due to planning and venue costs, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to qualify for a refund. Within 14 days, no refund will be offered.

 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our [Contact Page].

 

 

6. 💫 Limitation of Liability

 

We aim to hold this space with integrity, but cannot be held liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our website or services. Please use discretion and professional consultation where appropriate.
