All sessions, journeys, and guidance are created for your personal experience and integration.
They may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

Engagement & Contact
Initial connection takes place via WhatsApp or email.
- General WhatsApp contact is available for open inquiries
- A SoulSync Discovery Chat is a more intentional starting point for exploring alignment and next steps
There is no automated booking or checkout process.

Payment
If you choose to continue into a paid session or journey, an invoice will be shared with you directly via WhatsApp or email.
Payment is made via EFT / bank transfer, as agreed.
Sessions and journeys are confirmed once full payment has been received, or where a payment plan has been agreed to in advance.
Payment plans are agreed upfront and honoured accordingly.
No sessions will be conducted prior to payment confirmation or an agreed payment arrangement.

Sessions
Scheduled sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions without prior notice are considered completed.
Sessions take place once payment has been received or a prior agreement is in place.
Where applicable, sessions or journeys are to be completed within a reasonable agreed timeframe.

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of this work, sessions and journeys are generally non-refundable once commenced.
Should circumstances change prior to starting, this can be discussed and considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibility
This work supports personal clarity, awareness, and aligned movement.
It does not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
You remain responsible for your choices, actions, and wellbeing.

Right of Fit
This work is relational and intuitive in nature.
Where it is felt that the offering is not the right fit at a given time, guidance may be offered toward a more appropriate pathway or next step.

Respectful Use
All content, frameworks, and materials remain the intellectual property of WellnezWayz™.
This includes the SoulEsteem® framework and the Logic–Light Equation™.

Additional Pathwayz
Where relevant, you may be guided toward complementary resources or services.
These remain optional and are always your choice.
