  • Coaching Sessions — Reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are considered completed and non-refundable.
  • Digital Downloads — Non-refundable once delivered.
  • Corporate Playshops — Refunds and cancellations are arranged individually, with terms agreed in writing before the event.
  • Products via Annique — Orders placed on Annique.com (via my referral link) follow Annique’s own shipping and return policies, as published on their website.

Additional Services We Use

  • PayFast — processes all payments securely. Their refund conditions apply and are available directly from PayFast on request.
  • Apntly — manages scheduling and reschedules according to the conditions shown at booking.
