Sessions & Journeys  
Sessions and guided journeys are reserved and prepared with intention.

- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice  
- Missed or late-cancelled sessions are considered completed  
- Once a session or journey has commenced, it is non-refundable

Before We Begin  
If circumstances change before starting, this can be discussed and considered on a case-by-case basis.

The aim is always to find a fair and workable way forward.

Payment & Commitment  
Payment confirms your place within a session or journey.

No sessions will be conducted prior to:
- full payment being received, or  
- a payment plan being agreed in advance  

Where a payment plan is in place, it is honoured as agreed.

Nature of the Work  
This work is experiential and unfolds over time.

As such, refunds are not provided based on:
- change of mind  
- perceived pace of results  
- personal expectations

Products purchased via Annique are processed and fulfilled directly by them.

Returns, refunds, and delivery queries are handled in accordance with Annique’s own policies.
