As an independent Annique Consultant, all product orders placed via this site are redirected to the official Annique website for fulfillment.

💻 2. Digital Products — eBooks, Audio, and Downloads

 

All digital offerings (such as eBooks, audio meditations, sound journeys, or downloadable guides) are non-refundable. Once a digital product is accessed or downloaded, it is considered fulfilled and cannot be returned.


💡 However, if you experience technical issues such as a broken file or access problems, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will gladly assist.

🌈 3. Services — Soul Coaching & Playshops

 

✨ a) Soul Coaching (1:1 Sessions)

 

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • You are welcome to reschedule your session at least 48 hours ahead — subject to availability.

 

🎭 b) Playshops (Group Events & Workshops)

 

Playshops require upfront planning, group logistics, and often involve external venue bookings.

 

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 14+ days before the event.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before.

  • No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the event.

  • However, you may gift your spot to another participant or request to transfer your place to a future event (space permitting).

  • If a Playshop is cancelled by WellnezWayz due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or future event credit will be offered.
