February's Light-Logic Love: A Month of SelfLove & SoulEsteem®

Hello beautiful souls,

February 11, 2026 — right in the heart of what the world calls the "month of love," with Valentine's Day whispering (or shouting) from every corner. Roses, chocolates, couple selfies… but amid the external sparkle, something deeper has been stirring in me lately.

For the past decade, I've quietly held the registered trademark for SoulEsteem® — a concept I've carried close, waiting for the right moment to bring it forward. That moment feels like now. As I dive deeper into my writing explorations around light-logic (clear, heart-honouring reasoning blended with soul wisdom), I'm seeing how SoulEsteem® becomes the true foundation for all love — starting, always, with the love we give ourselves.

This February, let's shift the focus from romantic quests to SelfLove as a conscious, everyday practice. Not the performative kind, but the quiet, logical tenderness that rebuilds inner worth when the world feels loud or depleting. Valentine's doesn't have to be about someone else filling your cup — it's a beautiful invitation to fill it yourself, with presence, purpose, and a touch of playful magic.

What if we treated SelfLove like light-logic in action?

  • Illuminating our worth without apology.
  • Logically choosing boundaries, rest, and joy as non-negotiables.
  • Lovingly affirming that we are enough — exactly as we are.

Here are a few gentle, doable rituals to weave SelfLove into your February rhythm (inspired by the currents flowing through my current work):

  1. Heart-Hand Anchor (Morning or Evening Ritual) Place one hand over your heart, the other on your belly. Breathe slowly for 1–2 minutes and whisper (or think): “I am worthy of my own tenderness. I choose myself today.” Feel the warmth spread — that's your inner light-logic activating soul esteem.
  2. Mirror Affirmation with a Twist Look into your eyes for 30–60 seconds (yes, it feels awkward at first — that's part of the magic). Say: “I see you. I honor you. I celebrate your unique light.” Add a drop of humour: Smile like you're greeting your oldest, dearest friend (because you are).
  3. Sacred Solo Moment Carve 20–30 minutes for something purely nourishing: a warm bath with your favourite scents, a slow walk in nature, journaling three things you're grateful for about yourself (not achievements — your essence). Pro tip: Light a candle in your signature palette colours — deep purple for intuition, seafoam for calm, gold for radiant worth.
  4. Contagion of Goodness Check-In At day's end, ask: “What small act of SelfLove did I offer myself today? How can I spread that goodness inward tomorrow?” Watch how one kind choice ripples into more.

These aren't grand gestures — they're quiet, logical acts of esteem-building that compound over time. When we practice SelfLove this way, we show up fuller in relationships (romantic or otherwise), work, and the world — no depletion required.

This is just the beginning of bringing these long-held ideas around SoulEsteem® into the open. The writing is flowing, the concepts are clarifying, and I'm excited to share more as it unfolds.

If any of this resonates, linger here a moment: What's one small SelfLove act calling to you this February?

Drop it in the comments — let's amplify the goodness together. 💜

With warmth, a wink of magic, and genuine tenderness,

Salomé 🌸
